Lake Geneva Boat Tours and Cruises

Here are a few Lake Geneva tours you might enjoy:

One Hour Tour of Lac Léman

1-hour tours start from Pierres du Niton (Neptune's Stones), cruising along to Pointe à la Bise, past the famous Jet d'Eau fountain and UN Buildings. Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure from Quai du Mont-Blanc 1. A slightly shorter tour (50 mins) is available through www.swissboat.com, info@swissboat.com, tel +41 22 732 4747. The tour goes past the above but also takes in Castle of Bellerive and the Mermaid statue. Adults pay 13.00 CHF/children 7.00 CHF, Geneva Passholders go free. Tours run from March to mid-November, 4.30 pm from Wed to Fri, 6.30 pm departure in July and August. Multilingual commentary throughout.

Private Tour with optional Lake Geneva Cruise

If you're travelling as a group, a private tour with an option to cruise Lake Geneva may be just the thing. Hotel pick up by a private vehicle, which travels past the European HQ of the United Nations and through the cobbled streets of Geneva Old Town, eventually travelling to Quai du Mont-Blanc for a one-hour cruise on Lake Geneva.

Geneva and Annecy Private City Tour with optional Lake Geneva Cruise

Hotel pick up, then your private vehicle takes in Geneva Old Town and the lovely French countryside before your guide will be touring Annecy on foot with your group. Tour includes a 1-hour boat trip on Lake Geneva.

Fondue Cruise on Lake Geneva

Every Friday boats leave from Quai du Mont'Blanc at 7.45 pm for a spectacular dinner on board cruise ships. You can choose between a traditional cheese and a Chinese fondue. Cruises start on or around 7th February and end in the second week of December. Boarding is from 7.30 pm onwards. Adults pay 49.00 CHF each (cheese fondue option), 67.00 CHF for Chinese meals. Lake Geneva Boat Cruise to Lausanne

Cruise for a few hours or a whole day to Lausanne and back, going past Jet d'Eau, Nyon Castle and hillside vineyards, before visiting the medieval town of Yvoire in France, then going on to Lausanne-Ouchy. Cruises leave from Quai du Mont'Blance 1; 10th April to 20th June in spring, leaving Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Summer cruises from 21th June to 6th September, autumn cruises operate from 7th September through to 25th October. Also via www.cgn.ch cruise operators.
